1. Bestellung

1.1 Wir werden keinen Alkohol an Personen verkaufen oder liefern, die jünger als 18 Jahre sind oder zu sein scheinen. Mit Ihrer Bestellung bestätigen Sie, dass Sie mindestens 18 Jahre alt sind, und wir behalten uns das Recht vor, nicht zu liefern, wenn wir uns nicht sicher sind diese.

1.2 In the event that a product is unavailable when you place your order, we shall contact you to arrange replacement, or another arrangement for the completion of your order.

1.3 Die Aufgabe einer Bestellung irgendwo auf unserer Website stellt keinen Vertrag dar, der erst dann zustande kommt, wenn wir Ihre Bestellung annehmen und die Zahlung abwickeln.

1.4 Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, Bestellungen nicht anzunehmen.

2. Lieferung

2.1 For orders of all items the delivery window will be confirmed during the checkout process. We will do everything we can to meet this timeframe however we accept no liability for goods which fail to arrive within this window due to circumstances which we consider to be beyond our control.

2.2 For deliveries outside of Italy and Slovenia we predominantly use UPS service. This courier will only attempt to deliver items three times after which they will be returned to Wevino Store. In this instance or if items are returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address given by you we reserve the right to pass on the cost of redelivery.

2.3 Standard domestic delivery is a flat fee of 6.95 EUR. All domestic orders are despatched using DPD's 'Domestic Express' service & are usually delivered within 24-48 hours of dispatch. Other European deliveries are dispatched either via UPS 'Economy Select' services. Transit times vary depending on service & destination. For 'Rest of the World' orders, delivery times vary depending on location.

2.4 Etwaige örtliche Verbrauchssteuern und Steuern liegen in der Verantwortung des Kunden. Wir können nicht für andere zusätzliche Gebühren verantwortlich gemacht werden, die vom örtlichen Zoll erhoben werden. Ihre örtliche Zollbehörde benötigt möglicherweise spezielle Unterlagen, Zertifikate oder andere Unterlagen, um die Abfertigung der Waren zu ermöglichen. Die Erstellung/Beschaffung der Unterlagen liegt ausschließlich in der Verantwortung des Kunden. Eventuelle Verzögerungen im Zusammenhang mit den Maßnahmen der örtlichen Zollämter liegen nicht in der Verantwortung von Wevino.store

3. Preise

3.1 All prices listed on this site are inclusive of Italian VAT.

3.2 Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on this website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur & goods may be mis-priced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you & ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

3.3 Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, Preise, Angebote, Waren und Warenspezifikationen jederzeit nach unserem Ermessen anzupassen, bevor wir Ihre Bestellung annehmen. Wenn in einem Angebot auf der Website ein Enddatum angegeben ist, dient dieses lediglich als Orientierung. Wevino.store behält sich das Recht vor, die Preise jederzeit zu ändern.

4. Rückgabe

4.1 Für fehlerhafte Weine erstatten wir den vollen Betrag oder ersetzen ihn. Ihre gesetzlichen Rechte bleiben davon unberührt.

4.2 Wir können die Rücksendung fehlerhafter Flaschen verlangen. Wir werden dies bei Bedarf nach Ihren Wünschen arrangieren.

5. Reklamationen

5.1 In the event of complaint please email info@wevino.store giving as much detail as you can. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours & you can expect a full resolution of your complaint within a further 72 hours. You will be kept informed if there is any delay beyond this. Each complaint will be treated as confidential & will be attended to by a senior manager.

6. Kriminalprävention

6.1 For the purposes of the prevention or detection of offences, and/or the apprehension or prosecution of offenders, we may share any information that we collect with the Police, other public or private sector agencies or representative bodies in accordance with the relevant legislation. Information shared in this way will not be used for marketing purposes.

7.1 Users of this website may post reviews, comments and other content. This right is extended on condition that the content is not illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties, or objectionable. • Agree that the rights you grant above are irrevocable during the period of protection of your intellectual property rights associated with such content & material. You agree to waive your right to be identified as the author of such content & your right to object to derogatory treatment of such content.

• All photos of products on wevino.store are taken from open sourses and are for informational purposes. Orders must be related to descriotion of products, but not to images and photos as discrepancies may appear.
